To book your holiday at Villa Keechanti, simply follow the steps below:

Availability of Villa Keechanti can be seen on this website by clicking HERE or alternatively you can contact us by email, telephone or fax on the above numbers. We will then check availability and answer your request within 24 hours.

Please note that lettings will normally be on a Friday to Friday basis. The villa will be available from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival, and departing guests will be required to vacate the property no later than 10am on the last day of their stay. The maximum occupancy must not exceed six persons (the number of beds), unless prior permission is given for a baby in a travel cot or similar.

You will then need to complete the booking form together with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking. Please click HERE for the booking form which can be printed off and completed before being returned to us, or can be sent via email.

Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

PAYMENT BY UK RESIDENTS

If you reside in the UK payment may be made by cheque, Paypal or by Bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided to you upon confirmation of your reservation.

PAYMENT BY NON-UK RESIDENTS

If you reside outside of the UK, payment may be made by Paypal or by International Bank Transfer. (International Bank Transfers will be subject to a £15 surcharge to cover banking administration charges).

BALANCE PAYMENT

The outstanding balance of any booking is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to departure as stated on the confirmation letter. Payments received later than 56 days prior to departure may result in cancellation of your booking and incur cancellation charges.

A security deposit of £100.00 per week will also be payable with your outstanding balance.

The security deposit covers any damages or breakages to the property or its contents by your party incurred during your stay at Villa Keechanti. Please leave the accommodation and all its kitchen equipment clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Should you fail so to do, necessitating the employment of extra cleaners or the replacement of items of the inventory, then the appropriate sum will be deducted from the security deposit before its return.
You are responsible for the keys for the period of the let and for their safe return to our Agent. Once we have received confirmation that the villa has been satisfactorily checked, then your deposit will be returned within 8 days of your departure. Loss of a key or keys will incur a replacement charge of £10 per key.

CANCELLATION FEES

Should you or a member of the party need to cancel your holiday, the signatory on the booking confirmation must immediately inform us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will become effective when we receive it in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:

We would recommend that you and your party purchase travel insurance, in case of accident or sickness prior to the start of your holiday, which would prevent you from travelling.
